My husband thought I was insane for looking for that kind of detail, but there was one scene where it was obvious. However, I also noticed that the scarves in the movie seem to be a finer gauge yarn. I’m thinking maybe fingering? I know the Atypically pattern mentions that they should be finer, but that would take longer to knit. I used a DK weight on size 5 needles, and three rounds of CC looks nearly perfect to me. There were also more rounds of MC in between the CC, but again, I think that was because the rows were smaller."<BR/><BR/>So I did use 27 rounds of MC, then 3, 5, 3 for the trapped bar design. I'm not very tall, so a scarf any longer would be goofy looking.
