Thank You for Your Patience
I actually took my camera with me to the vet last night. I was afraid. I wanted to be sure I'd be prepared just in case I had to say goodbye. I was freaking out. Ask Pam. I called her as I was on my way to the vet. Morris always behaves at the vet. He's the only cat I know that'll curl up in a ball on the exam table and purr while he falls asleep.
Or rubs his face all over the scale (he's 10.13 lbs if you really wanna know) again, purring the whole time. He and Ripple are attention whores when it comes to meeting their public. Everyone at the vet clinic loves them. Fortunately, he was able to come home with me.
Unfortunately, he'll be spending his time alone in the bathroom whilst I wait for him to provide a urine sample. As of 1pm this afternoon - still nothing. So there he sits, in his kitty pi. Napping the day away while Ripple waits on the other side of the door, only concerned with the food that Morris has in there. What a guy. Thank you all for your good thoughts! Keep 'em coming!
On to the pr0n! This time, some Blue Sky Alpaca Cotton! In Espresso! I got this in a swap with the lovely Rosi. G. What's it going to be? Oh, I'm thinking of a specific project but I do believe I'll be designing it myself so that's all I have to say about that.

I've had a couple of those vet visits this year and they aren't good.
How old is Morris anyway? He looks like a senior pet, but not O-L-D.
Still have happy thoughts, crossed fingers and Katie's paws for you both.
Love the rich color of that yarn - yummy!
Hugs to the kitty - hope everything is ok with him.
Thanks, I needed a shot of espresso (yarn)--I'm about to fall asleep proctoring exams!
Poor Morris. I hope he feels better soon.
Ps. this is bezzie posting incognito in the school computer lab--pesky cookies you know.
Your cat is so cute!, says Tex. Blue Sky Cotton in brown? Sounds like my kind of yarn! Pics are up. Hugs to you and kitties.
Oh, the Blue Sky really is pretty.
And hug MoMo for me. He had me pretty worried last night, too. I'm thinking healthy thoughts for him!
Good heavens! I somehow missed yesterday's post. I hope Morris is feeling fine and feisty very soon. Poor kitty and poor you.
Alpaca cotton? Sounds most intriguing.
I missed yesterday's post on Bloglines, too. Goodness, I hope MoMo piddles for you. So hard when the fuzzies are ill as they cannot tell you what's wrong.
Beautiful yarn! I loves me some chocolate-y yarn. :)
Pee Morris Pee!
I hope he feels better soon! I did major booboo face when I saw him sitting in his little pi bed but I'm glad to know that has some reading material with him.
I used that exact yarn for my first sweater. What fun to work with. A word of caution: it fuzzes. I think I need a sweater shaver.
Lucky vet people.
And that is a superior color of yarn! So beautiful.
Love the yarn pix, but really love the kitty pix! Glad Morris came home.
((hugs to you and MoMo!)) (oh and give Ripple one too!)
Yummy chocolatey yarn!! My favorite! :)
Warm, happy and wet (for your urine sample) thoughts going out to MoMo. If he can provide a sample and I can sleep through the night in my crappy (!!!) hotel bed, we'll both be in business!
Hugs to the Turtlegirl as well. I keep seeing honu everywhere I shop (and lemme tell ya, I have been SHOPPING!) and thinking of you. Aloha!
Hugs to you and your kitty. I know how hard it is to have a sick pet.
Your kitty is so lovely, I hope he piddles soon!! Silly cats, don't they understand human-speak? Take care!
Lovey huggy thoughts for Morris!!
Awww Poor baby.. I just wanna hug him up. I hope he recovers Quick Like!
Pee reports please?
Awwww MoMo is a little price -- we wuv him!
:)
Poor MoMo. I hope he's better soon. He's my favourite blog cat.
Psst - I just noticed your rug, it's fantastic!
Good thoughts and prayers coming your way and MoMo's.
The yarn looks yummy!
Hugs!!!!
