Sock Bag!
Last week, I couldn't take it anymore. These bags were popping up all over the blogiverse, so I finally broke down, and made arrangements to get one of my very own. A sock bag by trek. Yes, the same trek that won the bamboo yarn a couple weeks ago by scoring perfectly on my quizzy thing.
And you too can have one of your very own. Just have a look-see over on her blog through her gallery and make her an offer! I got mine for a couple skeins of sock yarn. Easy-peasy and totally worth it. I love it! Now, you ask, what's inside?
2 socks. One is Hedera, from the Spring Knitty. I'm trying it toe-up. My first sock pattern conversion. If I'm successful, then watch out sock world - I'll fear no cuff-down pattern! The other is just another plain stockinette sock. I tried out the magic-cast on and I have to say, I'd heard many good things about this cast-on and it's everything I hoped it would be. I love it! You got a convert there too. Heh.

Glad you are liking your sock bag, turtlegirl.
What a fun bag - I'll have to check them out. :)
Oy, I *love* that one...!
You will love doing toe-up socks. And the conversion is so easy.
Oh, I love the bag. I will be visiting her blog today to make a deal!
OMG, the exterior fabric is my newest sarong! :-D Clearly, we all share great taste.
