A Classic Yarn Pr0n Friday
Patons Classic Wool, that is. I'll be knitting this into a little doggie sweater today for my wonderful hairstylist, Donald. He's worth it. I don't do doggie sweaters for just anyone. I don't buy two different books to get the right measurements for just anyone either. But I digress. Here it is. Paton's Classic Wool in "Leaf Green". I'll be combining it with a nice chocolate brown. His dog is white so it should look pretty kick ass when completed. Think I can do it in a day? Think I'll want to? Heh.
Hope y'all had a happy and healthy Thanksgiving!

I just love the fact that your turtle buddy is creeping up into the picture too LOL
You can do it! :) I love Patons Merino!
I love Paton's for creature sweaters too. You'll have to get pics of his pup modeling it when you're done!
Cant wait to see the finished product!
Wonder if turtles can wear sweaters?
Great pictures! What book did you end up finding the patern in? What type of dog is it for?
Can't go wrong with a classic! WHo is this camera whore creeping into the pic? :) Have a good weekend!
awww Doggie sweater will be soo cute!! I like the sound of the color combo(brown unseen). I think those two shades WILL look kick ass on a white dog..
Love it! Love the color! Does it make good people sweaters? Pix are great too!
Doggie sweater, people sweater, it's all good. Stop blogging, get knitting!
And that turtle is just too cute. Maybe it needs a shell cozy?
Love the color! I have had a request for 2 doggie sweaters for my friend's mini daschunds, so I need to figure that one out! Can't wait to see yours!!
I'm so impressed you're making a dog sweater - I've always been convinced that they'd be harder than making a sweater for a human, somehow. :)
A Weeds and Dexter girl too, huh? My favorites!
Hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving!
